4 Minute Abs ReviewOK, I’m sure you want to hear personal
 experience stories rather than an opinion of the product.
 Well here it is. I have been using the 4 minute abs workout routine now for a little over a month. I’ll admit switching the way I ate took some getting used to. But the good part is I didn’t have to portion what I ate. Hell I eat better now than I did before I started the program and I’m not talking about healthier eating (although I am eating healthier now), I’m talking about full 3 course meals every day. 

The exercises that he recommends I can almost guarantee you have done at least once in your life. They are basic exercises that most people have forgotten about.
 But what I found amazing was that it’s not the exercises that speed up your fat burning hormones, it’s how they are done. Honestly, you can do what every exercise you want with his 4 minute abs system as long as you stick to how he says to do them.

Although he says that this product is for men 35 and older, Ladies I don’t see why you can’t do them. You may not want to build rock hard abs, but almost every woman I know wants a flat stomach. My fiance and 14 year old daughter works out with me, using the 4 minute abs system and they have both lost weight and feel much better about how they look. My daughter has gone from weighing 140 lbs to 128 lbs and my fiance has gone from a size 6 to a size 4.

The one thing that I have to tell everyone is that some of you who try this may not lose weight. The reason why is if you are adding in some sort of strength training exercises, you’re more than likely putting the weight back on in muscle.
So don’t be discouraged if your weight doesn’t change. What you want to watch out for is that flab that’s around your belly disappear. Once you notice that, then you will know that they system works.
